6 pax gathered in the steamy thick gloom at Clemmons Presbyterian for another weekly installment of the #BBBC. This was a familiar course for those who have been around for a while, unfortunately, most of those pax did not show and as a result those that did had some trepidation of getting lost. Neighborhood resident,…

Meet in smoking lot, those were the instructions YHC received from site Q Harden, and that’s exactly what it is… a pkg lot designated for smokers; sort of just outside and away from the public eye. A perfect location for less than scrupulous behavior to occur…and that’s just what YHC has in mind as guest…
Gucci Q’d his first BBBC on this slightly less humid morning, along the banks of the River Yadkin, with a small, yet motivated group of short-distance runners. The routes weren’t the most popular in recent BBBC history, but there were scenic, and spirits were high. Everyone elected to jaunt down the shorter 3.03 mile route,…
Upon arrival at the AO this morning it appeared that perhaps only Schneider and YHC may be in attendance at the Distillery today. A plan was being formulated for what only 2 pax would do in the gloom if nobody else showed. 0525 came and so did the pax. In total, 6 pax came to…

YHC celebrated his birthday yesterday, turning 41, while at a dance comp in Raleigh for his 2.0. Couldn’t have thought of a better way to spend it! YHC is getting too old and the creative juices don’t flow like they used to so the SiteQ was informed not to expect anything spectacular for the beatdown…
Do you know what Feels Good? Working out with your friends and Doin It well. Today’s edition of BricksNDicks was a stolen and then modified workout. The PAX circled up for some Nice & Slow stretching prior to The Thang, which seemed Good Enough for YHC. The Thang consisted of a modified Dora, which YHC…
YHC awoke this morning, walked outside and felt the fresh cool air, and thought that today was going to be a solid day with a refreshing start alongside of my fellow Village Idiots. Upon arrival YHC could see the blinking of Schneider’s vest flashing in on the horizon line and Sassy and Boomerang awaiting patiently…
YHC set a goal for April to post at 21 workouts and lose 10 lbs. Today marked YHC’s 21st workout for the month. YHC weighed when I got home and missed by 10 lb goal by 1 lb. Like Schneider said, had I showed up for EC, maybe that would have been the difference. Technically,…
