PAX of 10 joined Lysol (Kotters) for some Spring Training RNG at Truist Stadium. Burlap arrived early in a replacement car, apprtly the Toyota (or Honda??) he’s driven foe 30yrs was acting up (am radio issues? Handcrank?)…in any case it was good to see Mr Burlap looking fit as per usual! Others rolled in and…
YHC conditionally answered #Cheesesteaks Q request for #UrbanAssault…the condition (0700 start) was granted by the site Q, so the Thang went down as such: Warm-o-rama: IC SSH 20, IS 15, Mtn Climb 10, Merk 10, Whirly w/ Clap 10 4 Corners / 50 reps ea.: Corner 1 = Russian twist (corner of 4th & Patterson)…
PAX of 20 (yes, YHC understands that only 19 PAX are listed…technology failure this am, can’t recall 20th PAX) converged at Conspiracy this am for Lysol led Q. YHC was rather impressed that 20 PAX showed up for a rare #Redwood Q, so with some slight “pressure to perform anxiety” the thang went something like…
Pax of 14 (later joined by 1 acting Nantan and 1 Nantan Emeritus) gathered at Purgatory for a Lysol lead Q…that being said, YHC believes most gathered for the pending announcement from Messrs. Bluto and Cobra. Splash! has recently been on the recruiting rounds at Wake Med., as evidenced by 2 FNGs posting this morning!…
Meet in smoking lot, those were the instructions YHC received from site Q Harden, and that’s exactly what it is… a pkg lot designated for smokers; sort of just outside and away from the public eye. A perfect location for less than scrupulous behavior to occur…and that’s just what YHC has in mind as guest…
OGs and Tractors saw 15 PAX make it out for a Spring Fling run through Buena Vista. YHC’s run mapping app is apparently different in that it doesn’t calculate elevation change…so, totally unaware of the pending ups/downs on the route, YHC posted his ~6.2mi fling. After mi. 2, YHC decided to subscribe to a new…
YHC had posted at Urban Assault in sometime, so when #Cheesesteak issued a request for UA Q’s YHC thought “why not!”. UA is an amazing playground for the Dash! Lot’s of good ole fashion “urban” apparatus to explore and challenge. YHC had a copycat workout in mind (thanks to #Starfish), but was forced to play…
PAX of 11 joined YHC for a “spirited” version of RNG. Spirited in the sense that the track or trek was sort of FAST! And by fast YHC means that we covered the 3.26miles in “record” time…well maybe not World Record Time, but fast for us nonetheless. Here’s how the thang was orchestrated: R. on…
13 PAX posted for a Lysol Q on this, the 1st Monday of March. Most of the PAX gathered to see what type of “Roar” YHC might bring to the famed Estate (can anyone recall the original name of The Estate?)…note the huge caveat, that when YHC refers to a “roar” it comes from the…
YHC picked up the keys to IS this week from the originally scheduled #CherryPie who was incapacitated…so after a particularity “pisser” work week, YHC thought it only considerate to take frustrations out on the attending PAX. The Thang went something like this…”Off you go! : Warm-O-Rama: 1-lap around track w/ some Apollo Creed, Karaoke, backward…
