This will be my first WIB Q, and I wanted to also have a convergence opportunity to bring folks together, so this will be in concert with The Distillery at Clemmons First Baptist Church. So there is your first choice, if you don’t love the circuit, feel free to hop in with Katniss in his…
Had a total of 9 for BBBC this morning, with 4 biking and 5 running along the Muddy Creek Trail. The bikers had to dodge numerous frogs, but two frogs ultimately decided to play a game of squirrel and lose…RIP. The runners dealt with the same difficulty of kamikaze frogs and unexpected mud holes. Overall…
As Gucci begins his long farewell tour (departing ~ Sept 21), the boys of WeFoCo got together for a fun workout with good stores on a balmy Thursday morning. As always, the crew started with a Gucci warmup: 1x lap of the parking lot 15x Arm Swirly things forward & back IC R&L Arm Stretches…
Once again I am way behind on backblasts, and this workout was one that came up quickly due to the fact that I didn’t find a Q for the day! To start, as always, we did a Gucci warm-up, with some extra reps to fill the time: 25x Side-straddle-hops IC 15x Arm Swirly things forward…
Many thanks to a healthy crew that came out to Parliament this morning. It was a day made for long warmups and lots of reps with blocks, but it was great seeing everyone again. Just as a note to start, I need Qs for July 21 through September 1….I might mention it again before this…
Vacations and pre-existing plans kept attendance low at #VI this morning, but the fog of the morning was a great reminder of the less than ideal conditions that American Service Members have braved in the service of their country for generations. Whether that be on the rainy shores of Operation Overlord, or on the dusty…
I will be honest, if I wasn’t the Q on this particular morning, I probably would have stayed at home. However, I am glad that I didn’t because a small crew took advantage of a relaxed Q for a virtual tour of the culinary offerings of the Triad, and memories of cruising our hometown roads…
Today was a good day, with the boys of F3 getting back together for the first Parliament workout since early March. Social distance was maintained, as the group evened out at an exact 10….meeting all State and official Dash guidelines. The crew started with a Gucci Warmup of: 15x Side-straddle-hops IC 10x Arm Swirly things…
As the threat of contagion around the Coronavirus continues to mount, a sizable crew of 12 gathered this morning at Parliament to practice safe fitness in an outdoor environment. In aligning with the consensus of the Dash-area Site Qs later in the morning, this will be the last official Parliament workout through early may. What…
Well this backblast is far too late to be effective, I wanted to get it out before I completely forgot what was done. Of course, we warmed up with the normal #Gucciwarmup with some side-straddle hops added for good measure. We then went out for competitive Doras, where the winning team picked the next…
