The Florida Loop – If you look at Jamison Park (Mayhem AO) from the satellite, it resembles the state of Florida sort of. This is a .34-mile loop which we PAX affectionately call “The Hill to Nowhere” but I disagree with that. This needs to be called “The Hill of Pain” or “The Hill…
YHC voluntarily signed up for #Redline wanting to get back into running shape ahead of the #ReturnOfBourbonChase and to redeem myself since @Mongoose did not approve my last #Redline Q a few months ago. You can read about that here: How to Kill a Mongoose – F3 Nation: Winston-Salem, NC YHC kept it simple this…
Redline occurred on 02.10 and YHC had the lovely privilege of pissing everyone off. It all started when YHC was caught scoping out some of the hills at around 0525. @Greenspan had pulled in early and saw me drive by the #AO. YHC had to quickly pivot plans to throw @Greeny off my scent. Once…
4 #PAX joined YHC for what was a dreary and wet morning. YHC put the EH on @Bloomers yesterday before looking at the forecast. Poor guy- it was his 3rd post and first to #Redline with the 3rd Core Principle in full effect. Welcome to the gloom, sir! @Doublewide was hoping the Q wouldn’t show…
YHC should have known better. Yesterday afternoon, I innocently asked who was Qing BBBC today….. As a surprise to no one, Singing Cowboy nominated YHC. Well played my friend, well played. YHC has been more of a Rucker over the past few years but my pack did not make this trip. So a nice…
Tis the season to run. Lots of training going on for various races which make for mushy legs, sweat puddles, and humid temps. @Chomper asked me to Q a while back as he was transitioning SiteQ duties. I dutifully obliged but then got hurt. #RunningIsStupid. Got myself back on the calendar to help @WoolyBugger out…
Conditions: Low 60s 90% humidity Heavy air, light legs — perfect Friday gloom The Hype YHC tried to get the PAX excited for a NFL Draft themed Q by teasing the OG/Tractors run routes with a “Scouting Report” on Wednesday. Each route has a summary with strengths, the ideal PAX the route was made for…
YHC grabbed the reigns for OGs/Tractors this AM after seeing a call for Qs from the faithful, @BooBoo #HIM. YHC has begun dabbling in this so-called running game so what better way to kick off Spring than to lead a bunch of guys through Winston-Salem. YHC wanted to spice things up and hit some new(ish)…

YHC will attempt to recap all the spine-tingling details of the morning but is limited to the glow and projection of his headlamp. Please add more details in the comments if something eventful happened on your venture. The morning started early. Coffee pot started singing around 0520. 2 more pots followed shortly after. YHC arrived…
