YHC had not had the pleasure of attending Flatline thus far and was actually quite content with that decision (#ingoranceisbliss). However, as a good site Q does, Hedwig conscripted me into service and directed me to go forth and #Lead. So here we are. Having not been a Flatline regular, I felt it necessary to…
YHC is a rare poster at Flatline primarily because Parliament is the closest AO to my house. But original site Q Beverly signed me up months ago so the time was here. YHC is familiar with the AO having posted to numerous UAs and thought how about a trip to Old Salem – never done…
YHC was happy to oblige Hedwig and Q Flatline for the first time in a long time. In anticipation of rain, a plan for the parking deck was made. The rain never came, but pain was felt undercover. The Thang: Quick mosey around the block to the bottom of the hill below the 1st Pres…
Lend me your ear, my good man, and come closer as I recount you a tale of the events that preceded the dawn hours on the most haunted of days. Twas a chilly Hallows Eve morn, as I recall, but that slight nip in the air did not disturb the congregation of men gathered together…
Intro 13 ghouls joined YHC for a beatdown on the gloomy morning of All Hallow’s Eve. Warm-o-rama. None. Not allowed to do warm up at Flatline. Beatdown The PAX Zombie Walked to the Stranger’s Graveyard at Bethabara and each picked a gravestone. We did 666 Donkey Kicks IC. Next, the…
I saw my Q responsibility as an opportunity to broaden and educate the PAX. As an elder statesman, it is my duty to lead these fine young men to a deeper understanding of life’s idiosyncrasies. So chose to enlighten them on “The Beautiful Game” of real football, which Zima derogatorily referred to as soccer(he has…
6 PAX Flatlined this morning. When presented with the opportunity to substitQ today, YHC beamed at the possible opportunities. YHC deemed that hill repeats were in order, so the PAX set off to run the Dash Stadium hill and to do repeats up 1st Street. Introduction Partner Wheelbarrow to Opposing Wall 10 Donkey Kicks Sprint…
The Q likes a good beatdown inspired by the AO. After some contemplation of breweries, local history and other ideas… YHC settled on the growth in tourism downtown with the growing hotel market. So we did a tour of hotels, driven by the number of hotel rooms at each property. As it turned out most…

10 pax dropped the red pill and posted to Flat Line, the DashPax’s Premier Tuesday Morning Urban Beat Down. After a little scouting trip of the AO, YHC set out to concoct a non-running beat down to make Zima proud. It went down something like this….. Warm-O Rama– Yeah right! This is Flat Line, let’s…
YHC is clearly enjoying a brief travel respite and jumped at the chance to Q Flatline. So 14 strong men answered the call to come out to Flatline this morning. Flatline, as we all know, is designed to keep your heart rate up from the start to the finish. This morning, the Q who had…
Our Veterans. Perhaps no group of individuals is more deserving of our recognition and gratitude. Many PAX are themselves proud Veterans. Indeed, a significant amount of the philosophy and culture of F3 finds its roots in the military itself. As we all know, far too often, the men and women of our military give the…
