It was a glorious morning. Snow and ice still lightly dusting the lawn at Bailey Park as the finest #HIM of F3 Winston-Salem emerged from their fartsacks to join Blue Steel out in the gloom. 20 Pax officially posted to #UrbanAssault and got after it tackling the following: Warm-a-rama: “What is the Mission of…
For YHC’s third Q this week, it was decided early on to not get too creative and just stick to YHCs favorites. The PAX might even say everything we did was expected, Typical perhaps. Doesn’t mean it was easy… quite miserable, in fact! Warm-o-rama SSH x 15 IC IST x 15 IC Copperhead…
A warmer than normal January morning greeted the pax as they arrived downtown for my return to Bailey Park. Greenspan has gotten me to Tractors a few times, I’ve been out of town, or I’ve chosen the fartsack, which has contributed to an extended absence from the high quality AO that is Urban Assault. While…

UA Site-Q, Cheesesteak, was in need of Q’s, so YHC volunteered to lead the PAX around on a fun trip around the AO. Not sure why but since YHC tweeted out the workout would be EPIC, it felt required to include it in the beatdown somehow… YHC remembered the cable wire fence around Long Branch…
