As we should all know by know, #RunRangerRun is in full swing. Because of this, YHC wanted to up the quota of our normal WIB distances (1-3 miles), and ensure our team is maximizing mileage! Coincidentally, YHC’s last Q at WIB set a record of 4.2 miles, and the goal may or may not have…
Rain on Thursday morning was the forecast all week. YHC had zero interest in being in the rain for any longer than absolutely necessary, and figured most of the PAX would feel the same. As such, a centrally-located parking deck was in order, and the Piedmont Plaza was the perfect spot. Admittedly, YHC had never…
I’ve been seeing lots of great stuff from our brothers in F3 Natville (Greensboro) about their pushups for playgrounds campaign and thought that I would plan a WIB to celebrate the great playgrounds we are blessed with. Mission and core values recited from memory, flawlessly. Standard warm-o-rama. Fair bit of MC, but YHC couldn’t hear…
Launch from the Hanes Park playground. Route and exercises to follow. I’ve been seeing lots of great stuff from our brothers in F3 Natville (Greensboro) about their pushups for playgrounds campaign and thought that I would plan a WIB to celebrate the great playgrounds we are blessed with. We’ll also do some pushups. I encourage…

One year ago I led a similar workout (read:the same) as I led today. Meet at the Thru-Way parking lot between Talbot’s & SteinMart & be greeted by YHC with a smiling face, some dice, and a piece of cardboard with the following exercises on it: SSH Merkins Jump Squats Crunchy Frogs Peter Parkers Diamond…

9 PAX descended upon Reynolda Village for the final Estate of 2019 and were met with unseasonably warm temperatures. An enjoyable climate for a not-so-enjoyable beatdown. Lets see what happened: Prior to Warm o Rama, YHC flawlessly recited (see: read) the F3 Mission Statement and 5 Core Principles, in order. It was spectacular. Warm O…
12/20 marks YHC’s 2.3’s 3rd birthday… so why not throw a party at the old Sears parking lot to celebrate?! Route: .75 miles loop Start in lower right corner, run to station 1 in far left corner Run up the outside, then RIRO down the inner 5 lanes to pain stations After 5th, bounce out…
The pax, minus the Q, gathered on time for the fun. The Q was learning that 18 wheelers can block the backside of the building early in the morning! This can make it difficult to drive all the way around and lay out pain station info sheets. Pax was undeterred and started some SSH’s at…
