Flatline 11.12
ByTurnover November 12, 2019

PAX of 9 gathered in the rain to help commemorate the 3rd birthday of YHC’s eldest 2.0. As I am (usually) a thoughtful and generous Q, I decided to take the planned routine into the parking deck across from the First Pres Lot to keep the PAX as dry as possible, for as long as…

Flatline 11/5/19
ByJacob Spangler November 5, 2019

A few weeks ago I saw an advertisement for a free workout session as some sort of launch party for F45, some new-fangled bootcamp workout deal coming to town. Despite hearing others express interest in showing up in full F3 regalia, Zima and YHC showed up to represent. It occurred to me that I could…

A flat rectangle
Bywobegon October 29, 2019

Not gonna lie, did not think a Tuesday Q after Tuna 200 weekend was going to happen. But it did and it felt great. Posting to Flatline is one of those things I have to keep reminding myself I enjoy and am glad to have done each and every time. Today went like this: 5:20:…

Starlight Starbright
ByPlunger October 22, 2019

Well the mighty remnant of 4 PAX made their way to Flatline today. It was exciting to be back with the keys to this fantastic AO. YHC answered the substiQ call from Whirley and was reminded of the mission which is to keep the heart rate up from the time the bell rings to the…

After thoroughly confusing myself and my fellow F3 Pax, calling Flatline Urban Assault, YHC did not know what to expect when I pulled into the 1st Pres Parking lot. Happily, I was greeted by 5 others looking for a Tuesday morning beat down. As by rule, upon the stroke of 5:30, the Pax immediately headed…

No Sharpie Controversy at Flatline
ByGoofy September 10, 2019

5 Pax showed up for a @Goofy style #Flatline and hope that expectations were met. The tunes and the comradery help make up for the lack of creativity of a beat down written in sharpie on cardboard. It went something like this. Warm-up: YHC heard that warm ups were not allowed, so we ran to…

TSC Redux
BySGT Schultz August 21, 2019

Having been the Site Q at #Parliament (located way over in Clemmons every Tuesday morning) for a good while, YHC hasn’t had the privilege of experiencing the ambience of #Flatline very often. In fact, I’ve only posted at #Flatline when I’ve Q’d there (which I believe is twice, counting this one). Consequently, because I don’t…

Flatline Funtimes in August
BySpicoli August 9, 2019

YHC has been a little on the DL, a little on the vacay, and a lot on the slack. Not worked out much lately and it showed, but as they say, the Show must go on. #Flatline is all about moving and doing things so we moseyed around the parking lot doing SSH, Squats, Merkins,…

A Birthday Gift for my M?
ByBurlap July 30, 2019

11 Pax showed for a rare Burlap Q at Flatline and experienced the following: Single File line. 45 minutes of constant exercise broken only by transportation from the back of the line to the front, waiting for the preceding pax to get to front of the line before leaving the back of the line (with…
