This whole crazy thing we do is built on the core principles, which I know you all know by heart. Today it was about “….in a rotating fashion.” T-Claps to Sea-Man for running a top-notch AO for a venerable amount of time (over two years, right?) and to Cruiser, who has taken on a massive…
Okay….it’s that time again. Back in the Village with my #wefoco Brothers; no idiots available, until Adobe arrives! ( And I always try to bring some Idiocy ). I must throw out a disclaimer…..I called this one MoneyBall. I did watch this great movie the day prior to the workout, but as Sour Mash pointed…
As you may or may not have seen on the interwebs, there apparently is a March Madness bracket hosted by “F3 Near Me” on Twitter, where they are seeking the “Best AO Name” in all of F3 Nation. Apparently, the second oldest mid-week workout in F3 Winston-Salem, aka “Village Idiocy” made it to the Sweet…
3 pax (Schneider, TSC and YHC) arrived early for an EC run. Upon our return Seaman had pulled in. Unfortunately for the Q the run must have loosened up the lower regions and it was a wise decision to make a quick trip into the Y and leave the pax to begin the warmup. After…
Attendance was a bit light following the Super Bowl but 4 pax got in a strong workout featuring Super Bowl scoring variables. Warm-a-Rama: You know its a serious day when your warm up includes a Burpee Ladder: Side straddle hops – 35 Abe Vigoda – 6 Arm swirly things – 15 Mountain Climbers – 20…

It’s been a while since YHC has visited the “Village”. Sea-Man and Singing Cowboy had arrived around the same time, soon to be joined by other WeFoCo stalwarts Cruiser, Schneider, and Harden. The workout went as follows: WARM UPS SSH / Broga / Whirly’s / Abe Vigoda LUNGE BOMBS 5 x each of Burpees, Overhead…
Twas a dark and stormy Halloween Monday, and the Village parking lot was soaked. All the PAX were huddled tightly together when the Q pulled up ( very fashionably late for the EC 2 mile pre-run ). With two minutes to spare, all the PAX wondered why the Q was the only one in costume…
As usual for a Greenspan Q at VI, the weather wasn’t good. However, it was better than the last trip which featured tropical humidity, monsoons, and sleet, all in a 45-minute period. Others began arriving at 0526, and we made our way to the covered area for warmarama. Warmarama: SSHs, Cherry Pies (get those shoulders…
YHC was on deck to Q the first separatist workout in F3 Winston history. Low and behold, the guy that made that happen (and so many other things for our region and beyond), @Starfish, was in attendance, along with the Site Q, @Sea-man, and Maintenance Man Extraordinaire, @Schneider. At 5:30am on the dot, we began:…
