Q: ? – He didn’t join us, supposed alarm failure Date: 2/2/18 Pax: Harden, Sour Mash, Drama Queen, Schneider, Spam-a-lot, Ramses, Beast Lite Despite the lack of appropriate recordation, BBBC did occur last week. Thursday afternoon the call was made for a pax to step up and create a route for the BBBC crew to…
Here’s the short version of what happened today at BBBC although the long version would not differ much. 4 pax gathered at Ortho Carolina parking lot – FYI Prospector does not show early on Fridays. Schneider and YHC ran to vicinity of West Forsyth one of us went a little farther. Drano and Fingers did the loop…
6 pax jumped out of the fartsack this morning and ventured out to Tanglewood to log some miles and enjoy some fellowship at this weeks meeting of the Big Boy Breakfast Club. This group continues to see major gains in overall fitness levels and running capabilities. Not to mention the camaraderie and accountability that has…
A beautiful full moon greated the 3 Pax who ventured out for this week’s installment of the best running AO in town. At the appointed hour, Sourmash was MIA. Oh well, his loss. Route was simple, turn right out of the OrthoCarolina parking lot (corner of Peacehaven and Lewisville-Clemmons Road) and run along Lewisville-Clemmons…
If you think #runningisstupid, (it is!) or just want a nice morning mosey to start your Friday (who doesn’t?), come join us tomorrow at the corner of Peace Haven Rd and Lewisville-Clemmons Rd at the OrthoCarolina parking lot as we revisit the most unimaginative, insipid, monotonous, stodgy, mundane and vapid route YHC has ever created!…
So, this happened! Harden, Schneider and YHC launched at 0517. Harden went the Peace Haven to Harper route, Schneider and YHC went the way of the back track, over a ditch and onto a private road then to Harper, surely thinking Harden would catch us. Nope! Didn’t see him the rest of the time. DQ,…
3 pax came together in the dark cool gloom at Tanglewood Park for the latest installment of the Big Boy Breakfast Club. All accomplished 3+ miles of running through the park this morning. Thanks to Tanglewood for leaving some of the Christmas lights on for us! The routes provided where as follows: Option #1: 2.22…
No celebratory shot as planned. Got a text as I was backing out the driveway from Sour Mash stating he was not going to be able to join us do to a sick dog. No time to turn around and grab my stash of bourbon. Thought I was going to be by myself for the…

YHC reached out earlier in the week to the usual suspects that post at #BBBC to see if anyone was interested in planning the routes for today. The fish weren’t biting, so YHC threatened them with the most boring route ever! It seems 1040EZ had this route already in his back pocket, being a boring…
We will launch from OrthoCarolina Clemmons (2265 Lewisville Clemmons Rd) parking lot located at the corner of Lewisville-Clemmons Rd and Peace Haven Rd. There are two route options and both are easily modified to fit the needs of the PAX. Option # 1 is a 3.18 mile route where you run straight down to Southwest…
