What a glorious morning it was in this Columbus Day! Little bit of trivia, it took Columbus 3 months to cross the Atlantic… the International Space station can do it in 15 minutes! Anywho.. YHC had decided to ensure PAX get there monies worth at these beatdowns. From now on, they are all going to…
When @Greenspan picked up the phone to call the bullpen, YHC didn’t know how dire the situation was. Our starter, one of @F3WinstonSalem’s aces, @Burns, was far past his normal pitch count (7 Q’s in the last 10 days, to be exact). The guy needed a breather, understandably. YHC was more than happy to make…
5 Pax for the humid substi Q by YHC. After warmorama we proceeded to the tennis courts for some Dora. Dora:50 merkins, 100 jack reachers, 200 squats, 300 monkey humpers. YHC regrets the last minute decision to go for 300 MHs and the Pax also let this be heard. Headed over to the shelter to…
Warm-o-rama. SSH, Toy Soldiers, Whirlies, Spider Merkins, IST Beatdown. While one of the PAX “farmer carries” (or however the hell he feels like it) two cinder blocks around the track, the rest of the PAX do 7 reps of the following exercises: WMDs Hand Slap Squats Full Extension Crunches Star Burpees Lt. Dans Mountain…
College football officially got underway last Saturday night, and the weather we had this morning didn’t do anything to convince YHC otherwise. A brisk morning at Leinbach was the canvas for a Turnover Outhouse masterpiece. Let’s take a look. Warm-O-Rama SSH IC x20 IW IC x15 Arm Swirly Thing-O-Rama (all IC x10) Abe V x5…

Greenspan sent out the call for Qs and I foolishly agreed to the day I returned to work after my last summer vacation. With the pain of the end of my vacation fresh in mind I decided to take it out on the pax who showed up. It went something like this: Warm-O-Rama SSH IC…
YHC was out of town this weekend, really letting his #Queen loose and running wild in the hills of Exeter, NH. Knowing that an Outhouse Q was on the Horizon, YHC made sure to carb up with quite a few of Smuttynose breweries finest New England craft brews, having quite an enjoyable time. That being…
YHC decided to channel his inner Andy Roddick this morning. Unfortunately, for him and the rest of the Pax, YHC is no good at tennis or making workouts on the tennis court either. Warm-Up: SSH-20 ic Tin Soldier-20 ic Windmill-20 ic Al Gore Hold- 10 ic lunge hold each leg- 10 ic The Thang: Partner…
YHC found himself on deck #TheOuthouse after a Sauratown 10K yesterday, and boy did much of what was planned turn out to be more difficult than originally intended. The theme wasn’t related to much other than taking advantage of what the AO has to offer and bringing the pain. #Tclaps to @HOG, @Greenspan, and @Burns…
Warm-o-Rama SSH x20 IC Abe Vigoda x10 (the weirdest cadence you have seen) Divebombers/Hindu push-ups IC Seal claps in a complete failed cadence count The Thang In the honor of our brothers and sisters who have served this started with partner work Piggyback carry your partner to the first bench, then 15 ww2 sit-ups partner…
8 PAX showed up for a retread Sandbag workout led by yours truly (similar to one I Q’d at Outhouse approx. 2 years ago). WARMARAMA: A typical medley of SSHs, ISTs, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, Whirly’s with a social disease, Abe Vigodas, and some standing hamstring stretches. THE THANG: At the conclusion of Warmarama, the PAX…
