I decided on a COVID themed workout as I thought there might be some Pax out there who had questions about the virus that has turned all of our lives upside down. So armed with a few interesting facts I went to Spees to enlighten and perhaps strengthen a few folks unfortunate enough to show…
I was asked by the Spamtan to Q Puragtory well before he assumed the mantle of F3 leadership. I agreed of course but then once he became the Spamtan I knew I was gonna have to step up my game. I did this mostly by promptly forgetting the date that was picked. Luckily I was…
Greenspan sent out the call for Qs and I foolishly agreed to the day I returned to work after my last summer vacation. With the pain of the end of my vacation fresh in mind I decided to take it out on the pax who showed up. It went something like this: Warm-O-Rama SSH IC…
I answered the call for Mayhem Qs and agreed to a date without realizing it would be only a few days after returning from a European vacation. Realizing I was a victim of my own bad planning and that I would still be pretty jet lagged I had no one to take it out on…

I was called on by the site Q of Mayhem to lead a workout and then promptly forgot I was traveling and couldn’t do it. After that debacle I felt certain my Q opportunities were gone but Zima was forgiving (or had a slot he needed filled (I know, that’s what she said (holy cow!…
So I received the call to Q Purgatory the day before by the one and only TR. Not wanting to let him down and to repay the site where I spend >90% of my Saturday mornings I agreed. Since I was traveling for business that day I knew I would have little to no time…
Wobegone put out the call for a Q needed for 6/7/18 and with my crazy travel schedule I jumped at the chance to Q on a day when I knew I would be in town. Besides I hadn’t been to TRQ since Short Sale was the site Q and it was high time I showed…
After coming to F3 for two years I felt it was high time that I got to lead a work out so when TR gave me the opportunity I jumped at it. My previous scheduled date had to be called off secondary to minor toe surgery but this time despite having another procedure on my…

So…
