YHC was recording COT for another workout this morning, and realized I had another workout recorded. It was OGs/Tractors, and BB was never posted. A nice (finally ) Fall breezy like morning. Although the headwins coming down Fifth Street as we ran East were a bit too breezy. PAX enjoyed Winston-Salem’s newest road, the Twin Arches and 6.75 miles of fun. Route by Route for OGs: L of Sunset out of the parking lot L on West End R…

32 PAX including 2 FNGs gathered this morning to rove the streets around Hanes Park on a 64 degree morning. YHC attempted to create a reasonable 6.2 mile OG route for the week after BRR. TClaps to Spicoli who created a 4.3 mile Tractors route that intersected not once, but twice with the OG’s….

Indeed, a significant amount of the philosophy and culture of F3 finds its roots in the military itself. As we all know, far too often, the men and women of our military give the…
YHC would like to point out Chomper said route creation did not require route completion. However, in the spirit of “if you Q you do it?” YHC will be launching on Thursday afternoon to be done by 0615. Maybe launch at 0500 on 9/8. Thanks fellas. http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/edit/1764750695/ Head west on N Sunset Dr toward Glade…
