YHC was called in for a substi Q at the last minute yesterday evening. Transcript is nursing some injuries and happy to do it. Fortunately the greatest world cup final ever provided inspiration and I almost wished I could make a workout to commemorate the occasion. So, set to work creating a workout to celebrate…
A reprisal of last year’s 12 day’s of Christmas workout (seen here) was in order for the 9 pax who joined YHC in this morning’s beautiful, chilly, foggy downtown winter wonderland. Too bad we spent the whole thing in a parking deck. WoR – SSH x15, Toy Soldiers x10, Copperhead Squats x10, Michael Phelps x10….
It’s been a while since YHC has visited the “Village”. Sea-Man and Singing Cowboy had arrived around the same time, soon to be joined by other WeFoCo stalwarts Cruiser, Schneider, and Harden. The workout went as follows: WARM UPS SSH / Broga / Whirly’s / Abe Vigoda LUNGE BOMBS 5 x each of Burpees, Overhead…
As I was working in my garage over the weekend, I unearthed my infamous whiteboard that has been used for some brutal IronPAX workouts, nomad beatdowns, and general AO hysteria. A previous exercise list was written on it, but for the life of me, I couldn’t remember doing that workout so I’m not sure what…
It was an unusually foggy morning and the ground was still wet from recent rain. YHC opted for a simple WIB-like circuit workout: FOUR STATIONS AROUND THE TRACK Increase by 5 each time a circuit is completed: 5-10-15-20-25 (then 20-15, etc. ) #1 Merkins Squats American Hammers #2 Wide Merkins Jump Squats Heels to Heaven…
PAX: Bevo, Lamb Chop, Spicoli, Zima, Frost Bite(WB), Dr. Toot(WD,Q) Twas a misty, cool morn as I arrived two minutes late, when my wandering eyes did spy a PAX that was not going to settle as they moseyed the parking area. After apologies for the Spicoli-style arrival, we moseyed directly to the illuminated Christmas tree…

A frosty Monday was perfect for this tough bunch to get in a good workout and some fellowship. Great to see Rubber Ducky getting after it, doing 3 F3 workouts plus some yoga each week for the last few weeks! Crash ran in, Airbag, RD and Drip rolled up in plenty of time for a…
Two pax gathered in the northern foothills of our great town to exercise and play cards outside Burns’s de casa. Warmarama: SSHs, Cherry Pies (get those shoulders warm), Up/Down Dawg and other stretches. Mosey to tennis courts. The Thang YHC found the F3 card deck when cleaning up this weekend. It’s been a minute since…
Well, here we go again. It was a brisk morning in #WeFoCo land and I had something special cooked up for the PAX. Cruiser and Madoff helped me set up the “cones” across the parking lot and we got things rolling. Warmup: Usual suspects. SSH, Whirly, Arm Swirlies F&B, OH Clap, Michael Phelps. And then…

Rain rain, go away. I’m sure that’s what was on everyone’s mind this morning. As Cruiser and I pulled into the Mayhem parking lot we only noticed one other car ( @ 5:20am ). We both looked at each other and began discussing the rules of an Omaha Coffeeteria. “How few PAX does it have…
