After SuperMax, @VanGogh and YHC were joined by @Adobe for the start of the main event at Alcatraz. @BooBoo showed up about 20 minutes in and then 10 minutes after that @Ziffel made us complete. But only briefly. 10 minutes after that, he said he had a “meeting” and got in his car and peeled…
TIME WASTERS. They were so unimportant that I forgot what we did, except for the 5 penalty burpees for Ziffel disrespecting the time of the rest of the PAX. BEATDOWN. Grab two cinder blocks and farmer carry them to the parking lot by the playground. That’s harder than it seems. Every ten minutes,…

After many weeks of Van Gogh and YHC talking to Head Hunter about taking over site Q, we decided that today would be the flag handoff. Pulled out the Terrible More Terrible beatdown and came up with some new questions. Working the body, mind, and soul. Warm-O-Rama Mission Statement / 5 Core Principles Normal time…
As is widely known, YHC has a tendency to focus more on the accompanying playlist than the actual content of the beatdown. Today, we tried to focus on both the music and the physical activity and oriented both towards a focus on prison life since we were out at Alcatraz. Knowing what was coming in…

Spicoli was on deck for Q at Alcatraz this week. He sent out the preblast with hints of a new exercise, the Tyson Bomber. YHC was joking in his hype that Alcatraz would start at 0715 this week, which got some laughs. Sadly, it was a little optimistic. So at 0700, the distinguish doctor took…

YHC decided to honor the greatest sport on earth (in my humble and completely unbiased opinion) — hockey — and my former hometown squad, the legendary Boston Bruins. 7 strong HIMs laced up their imaginary skates: @wobegon, @ziggy stardust (WD), @atrophy (KOTTERS!), @subfloor (WB), @drano, @drip, and YHC. No Zamboni. No boards. Just blocks and…
