**8 HIMs reported for duty:** YHC arrived at the Western Front ready for battle with an **intentionally angry playlist** — Metallica and enough metal to make everyone want to invade something. And as faithfully as the sun rises, **Zima had thoughts.** *”What is this? Not sure I get the connection with how this is motivating?”*…

YHC decided to follow the time-tested K.I.S.S. principle — Keep It Simple, Stupid. And since we were at an AO called Village Idiocy, emphasis was placed heavily on the STUPID portion. The plan was simple: 25 of everything. Van Gogh immediately pointed out that today was the 24th, not the 25th, and therefore none of…
5 HIMs showed up to WIB this morning expecting maybe a nice little Thursday tune-up. Instead…they got trapped inside a rotating vortex of burpees, lunges, made-up core exercises, and pull-up misery with random runs sprinkled in because apparently YHC was either naive or ignorant to one tiny detail while planning: 👉 Running. No worries.@van.gogh made…

And this one? Not easy. Not forgiving. Not remotely comfortable. But it was—loaded with suck, nuance, and a…
2 Weeks ago, @FrankandBeans was looking for HIMs to keep the Conspiracy going and YHC saw the perfect opportunity to step into the Conspiracy on, none other than, April Fool’s Day…which was also YHC’s Birthday (yes…I’ve been a fool in one way or another all my life)! So YHC decided to sign up and give…
YHC decided to honor the greatest sport on earth (in my humble and completely unbiased opinion) — hockey — and my former hometown squad, the legendary Boston Bruins. 7 strong HIMs laced up their imaginary skates: @wobegon, @ziggy stardust (WD), @atrophy (KOTTERS!), @subfloor (WB), @drano, @drip, and YHC. No Zamboni. No boards. Just blocks and…
