Ringing in the New Year of Run & Gun
You can’t post at every #RNG of 2021 if you don’t show up to the first one. 6 PAX took the challenge and arrived at Speas at 5:30am to run a 5k with a sneaky hill and 5 stuck around for 15 minutes of Tabata. YHC has enjoyed celebrating the New Year with The Avett Brothers over the years. This year virtually my and M and YHC enjoyed our 7th NYE concert with TAB. YHC took us out praying for all dealing with health issues and my co-workers M who is preparing for chemo treatment for colon cancer. Prayed that we would approach this week with Truth, Justice, Love, Hope and Joy!

Mongoose has been dragging me around the 5k course the past two weeks. He is working on slowing down and I am working on speeding up. So far its been a good partnership. I appreciate the push!

The Tabata timer was still set for 30 secs of exercise, which was a Q fail. I appreciated that Burlap crunched the numbers to confirm that we could still get 3 rounds in during 15 minutes.
YHC failed to include the Mutton Crunch to properly honor the HVAC man himself.
Do people actually read Backblasts? I remember back in the day there was a lot of action in the comment section. Has it all moved to Slack? Or is the PAX no longer into reading? Here’s a test.
