YHC was originally supposed to Q #Purgatory back on January 25 to celebrate his 52nd trip around the sun. However, #Caviar’s basketball team ended up playing over in Asheville that day so YHC had to be replaced by @Burlap for that Q. @GreenAcres needed a sub for today, so #YHC felt that it was his…
Coming off a soaking rain, several Pax were hoping that the workout leaders would be smart enough to keep us off the soggy field. The chief Q was not. The beatdown went something like this: SSH IC ISTs IC Copperhead squats IC Running with Scissors IC Peter Parkers IC Toy Soldiers IC Hillbillies IC Mountain…
Today is YHC birthday so what better way to celebrate than by Qing a beatdown for the rest of the pax. YHC has been coming out to F3 for about 8 months now and one of the worst best moments has been Iron Pax challenge. So why not have an Iron Pax style beatdown. Warm-Up…

While the thermometer said it was in the 40s, the excessive wind made it feel much colder. Then along came Greenacres, who absolutely destroyed the Pax. There was an excessive amount of shoulder exercises. 30 reps seemed to be the theme of the day, much to the dismay of the Pax, YHC included. Lido…
