Due to travel in November and the December Holidays, the 22 challenge will end with a doubledown opportunity between Parliament and High Life! It being Tyson month, YHC can’t think of a more appropriate challenge to end with. Brutal and tough! Warm-o-rama Mission Statement / Core Principles! SSH x 22 IC AST / TSA…
Preoccupied with all the destruction going on in my hometown of Boone, NC and Western NC with the flooding, I completely forgot I had the Q for Parliament. Thank you, Adobe, for the reminder. This is something I think would be good practice for all site Q’s. So, Parliament is the non- running workout on…
Parliament is a no running AO. But can the tunes be about running? Tunes selected. Exercises with running selected. Modify them to not have running but something else. Check. All ready. YHC posted the plan for this morning on the #IPC2024 channel on Slack as a preview of the pain that was to beset the pax this morning. Despite (or in spite of) that, 11 knuckleheads rolled up to Southwest Elementary to get their blockwork on with YHC. 60 Minutes even did a pre-run. I arrived…
