Well, the Q made the request to move the start to 7 due to it being a “holiday”. But there was push back, nay, UPROAR, over assuming everyone had that as a holiday. Thus, with tail between his legs, he kept the workout at 5:30, knowing there would be an abundance of pax who would…
Cindy, Dora, and the Stomach Bug 10.20.2023 It was a perfectly cool morning on October 20th in the year of our Lord 2023. I was sleeping hard and just about slept through my alarm. Pulling out of the house I got a text from @Van Gough who had been up all night with the…
“On my way downtown. Thought you might be around. Come on down, have a drink. Have a round, it’s on me.” Lucero, On My Way Downtown Back in my college days in the late 80s, we hardly ever ventured out downtown. Truth be told, it was pretty sketchy and downright scary place to be. As @LambChop…
No one showed for the EC run, so YHC took the opportunity to stretch instead. Something about running solo downtown at the prescribed hour seemed like a bad idea. Pax rolled in as the time approached 0530 and Spicoli was there by 0534 to round out our super seven. YHC planned to deliver on the…
Lovely (way too fast) 5k with Post Hole to kick things off. 28 burpees as penance for missing yesterday’s TRQ. Pax roll in slowly but surely. Disclaimer, core principles, mission statement, begin WoR. Then Schlitz, Root Canal, and Loc-tite all showed up…the Q was merciful WoR: Stretchy stretches w/some peter parkers and SSH mixed in…

What a fun PAX I arrived to this great Friday morn at Bailey Park! As a seasoned Q, I had a plan, with the help of Burns, to rendezvous for a moment with the Tractors and OGs, who were trolling through Urban Assault territory at a very particular time, 5:45, to be precise. So after…
SSHs and broga to war up. Mosey to Train Tracks: ladder 9 and 1 Pull Ups and Mike Tysons Mosey through the Coal Pit and up the stairs to top of hill; ladder 9 and 1 WWIIs and Burpees Mosey to entrance to Long Branch Trail at the cobblestone hill: 50 SSHs, bear crawl half…
