We’re withstanding a week whelmed with wintry weather without a wee wish for warmer wandering. YHC whimsically welcomed whomever PAX whatever we wake to weatherwise Wednesday. Whatdoyaknow, without winds, yet wholly a winter waste, which even the white witch was willingly withdrawing while waiting for woolier weather. What would one want whatever worldwide beside woodfire…
5 Beasts joined me for the 2nd beatdown of the day for YHC. Sadly, no others partook in the must see double down. YHC was in a better mood than in the morning gloom – maybe because the temperature was about 15 degrees warmer! We kept it simple and it went like this: Warmarama: SSH…
YHC had they keys to #Parliament this AM. Knowing I had missed a beatdown yesterday, I wanted to inflict pain mainly on me. Turns out that turned outwards to others #Cobains. YHC spent his Monday an all-day, company-wide townhall. If you didn’t know, cigarettes sell themselves allowing the workers to be focused on partying and…
8 #HIMs joined me for a rinse and repeato style workout. We were all surprised to see @Turnover pull up right at 0530… and he wasn’t even wearing a heavy coat! YHC is basic in the way I construct workouts. I have found a method that is pretty easy to explain but can add different…
It was a cold morning and what better season is there than soup season!? Not only did we get some warm soup in our bellies, but we were also able to learn the alphabet at the same time. Some would say, that’s a 2 for 1 special. Warmup: Side straddle hops, abe vigoda, whirley with…
YHC, with a desire to bring pain to the PAX and explore the lesser known lands around VI, put a plan together that would utilize the rolling hills of Village Point. Then, with a further desire to season the plan with a little Christmas cheer, racked my brain to think of some caroling lyrics to…
A great turnout for a cold and foggy, early December Saturday morning workout. After formalities and some warmorama, we made our way to the bottom of the hill and started with 11’s. 1 Mike Tyson at the bottom, run to the top, 10 Lt Dan’s, run to the bottom, 2 and 9, etc until 10…
The Grinch is the GOAT. He remains undefeated. None of the BSDs dethroned him this year. But there were a few valiant efforts and so onward we go. Although it was a little early for a holiday-themed beatdown, the PAX rolled with it while the Q grabbed his years old cardboard and dusted off his…
Freezing cold morning at The Iron Throne. I got the call from Tammy to Q and you know the Duck has a hard time turning down that opportunity especially since I was the former site Q. I had put up a magnesium lock to secure the coupons and so that it would not freeze. Coming…
the apb went out thursday and the afternoon before this 3rd annual operation christmas child truck loading event at river oaks community church. The PAX arrived to the AO right on time. this year we had a couple more than our first year, a bunch of HIMs, several with truck loading experience. Ziffel arrived with…
YHC has a special place in my heart for #Conspiracy. Such a great AO and one I was a SiteQ for a year. This AO also happens to be regularly attended by some whom remain nameless, are prone to run their mouths for the duration of the beatdown. Supposedly, it is a sign of being…
A fine cold morning saw 6 pax posting to one of the most uninspired and uninspiring preblasts yhc has ever created. had devised a plan to get down to ballpark, get around it and back. mission and core principles were recited. we warmed up even though flatline doesn’t usually do that, b/c yhc needs to…
