On the day after my first daughter’s birthday and the last Friday in the month of January, 2021 these Pax headed out and ran OG and tractors. They kicked butt. Bev did it twice. Thor 3 times. Congratulations to all. Keep moving forward!

12 pax met at Brunson Elementary for the beat down. Warm a ramma in the field outside the school and mosey to the tennis courts. Partner suicides at the tennis practice area with one partner doing squats and then crawl outs. Mosey to the track for 10 minutes of “Catch the Turkey” with multiple burpees….
