The Thang
Simple and sweet. 5 Burpups, 10 Merkins, LBC, 20 Bonnie Blairs. Do that at each half landing all the way up. Then repeato all the way back down.
There was enough time for bear crawling to each column back down at the bottom followed by 5 Bonnie Blairs.

Cherry Pie still won’t hire me so I can take over his empire of money. Whatevs, I will keep working on him. Toot was like Dory with the workout, he just kept swimming. Tar Heel ran before in the rain and was drenched so switched up some exercises so he wouldn’t get blisters. Overall, a fun crew that stayed together the whole time.
