The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him. This credo was fully executed at #BBBC this morning. 2 PAX were waiting in their respective vehicles at the launch site for 0530. At 0530 PAX number 3 rolled in and informed the other 2 that, in his exuberance…
A total of 10 pax showed up this morning to do 3 to 4 miles around Northeastern Clemmons. The weather was a touch warmer than usual in the low 40s, and the last pair came in right on time at 0615. Everyone was safe and healthy at the end of the day, and ready to…
The problem with not writing backblasts within a few hours of completing the Q is fully on display right now. I can’t remember jack crap about who was at this workout and what we did. YHC is pretty sure we did the following: #Gucci style warm-o-rama The Thang consisted of some wall work, bench work…
YHC was hoping no one would show up since it was raining and YHC did not really have a plan in place. That was looking good until 0525 when Starfish and Schneider rolled in. Well, shit. We moseyed to the closest shelter for Warm-O-Rama and did some thing YHC remembers and some thing YHC doesn’t…
Gucci and 60 Minutes were a dynamic duo for the first #WeFoCo workout of 2020, where they made their way around the Distillery AO, first with a #Gucciwarmup, followed by a short mosey to Clemmons Elementary. Once there, they jumped right into 7’s with ‘Mericans and squats, then transitioned over to the football field for…
On a chilly last morning of 2019, 5 pax came together to enjoy some fellowship, and the most challenging game of F3 putt putt that anyone could remember. We started with a #Gucciwarmup, followed by a series of putts to determine which exercises were going to take place, and for how many reps. For some…
On an unusually warm December morning 6 dedicated individuals came out to VI for another go around the dangerous grounds of the Clemmons YMCA. Several of the team, not including the Q, did an EC run. Dodging complaints of criminal activity and trash trucks are the norm on Monday mornings, so we prepared for anything!…
4 pax came out into the gloom for another Saturday at #CharlieFoxTrot. YHC had already received a HC from Sour Mash the afternoon before. Shortly after arrival an orange jeep driven by none other than Quiver pulled into the sex lot. He quickly jumped out of his ride and was off like an antelope being…
As anyone who has ever watched a Barstool Sports pizza review knows….we didn’t do just one circuit. On a morning where the Q wouldn’t have come out, unless he was the Q, 2x pax worked through the frost on a cold but clear December morning, while discussing the finer points of music streaming services. Such…
0440 the alarm sounded and YHC started to prepare for a journey across North Carolina to the #TRQ AO. The truck needed deicing this morning but no time for that. Had to drive tilted toward the center of the vehicle looking through a peep hole lacking frost. To cold to lean the opposite direction and…
Warmorama began with continued chatter about Q etiquette from the Nan Tan. After YHC overcame the criticism we moseyed to the track. From there to the best of my memory we: Ran 1 lap followed by 25 merkins 25 LBCs 25 Squats 25 Jack reachers Ran 1 lap followed by 50 merkins ~50 American hammers…
The above mentioned PAX showed up for an approximate 2 mile EC run. Before and during the EC run it was mentioned that Whirly sent out a Tweet that he was not going to be able to make his appearance as Q for #CFT. Something about the M leaving for a mission trip and the…
