AMERKIN 250 🇺🇸 America doesn’t turn 250 every day, so there was only one appropriate response… 250 Merkins. The mission was simple: five Revolutionary War stations, each beginning with 50 merkins before earning the right to continue. Lexington. Concord. Valley Forge. Yorktown. Liberty. Coupons were carried, rifle carried, murder bunnied, farmer carried, and eventually abandoned…
YHC had the honor of leading the absolute beasts that are the regulars of #WesternFront today. If I’m being honest, I was a little worried about putting something together that would adequately challenge the studs that usually show up out there. Reading through the backblasts chronicling the atrocities that have happened at this AO was…

Coming off my WIB Q yesterday of a ton of burpees, I was trying to come up with something that I knew would challenge all the elite PAX who were crazy to do this like YHC. Having been on the road for 14 hours yesterday, I decided to recycle a classic beatdown but adapt it…
Today, all PAX involved, earned our weekend as we Battled through the Fog. We did so individually but came together at the end to battle as a team. Here is how it went down. Warmup: 0530: Side straddle hops, whirley with a clap, Michael Phelps. The thang: 0535 – 0605 – You vs You –…
WESTERN FRONT — INAUGURAL BEATDOWN Jack Warren Park | 0530 | Friday The line has been drawn. At 0455 the early risers launched for various distances of running, rucking, and poor choices. Optional Warm-O-Rama began at 0525, because Western Front may be gritty — but we’re not reckless. (Though some thought the Q couldn’t tell…
