The original AO, started on January 4th, 2014.
It was a lovely day to return to the Mothaship. Mr. Hand was spotted running, but he had to keep moving, we would just slow him down. A brother from the mountains joined us. In town for a hoops tourney his girls are playing in and posted to fulfill a challenge with Asheville pax to…
Comments were made about YHC’s resemblance to Kevin in Home Alone. As such, it was only fitting to design a Home Alone themed beatdown. The PAX were warned that it was going to be, in the words of Uncle Frank, “horrible, just horrible.” As so it was. The PAX started off with some light warm-o-rama:…
As #SnowmaggeddenHoliday2017 hit the DashPax, YHC suggested to Nantan a Co-Q convergence, which proved very popular to 8 pax who posted to #ImpassableSituation. The Nantan has taken some grief from certain unnamed Pax for said convergence, but it was YHC’s idea. Tclaps to all who stepped up to lead this AM #StarfishPrinciple Impassable Situation went…

If you plan to post, consider leaving your houses early so you don’t have to rush. Bring gloves, drive safe, and SYITG! Van Gogh PS –…

Gentlemen of F3 Winston-Salem (and Cobra), The MEGA is this Saturday, Oct 28, in Greensboro. This is the 2nd annual event that we hope is passed around the Piedmont Triad for years to come. It also commemorates the 3rd anniversary of F3 Greensboro, a region that the DashPax led in planting. So, this is a…
After suckering @TotalRecall into taking the keys as Purgatory Site Q (trust me, there are Q’s lined up through the end of the year), YHC was free to Q at the mothership of F3WS. So, the QIC looked into the archives to resurrect a previous beatdown, but alas couldn’t find one! So, we kept with…
13 Pax gathered for the Ultimate Ultimate Frisburpee session of the year. As is generally the case, a LOT of burpees were performed. The rest of the workout went like this: Warm-O-Rama 1 lap around the track SSH x 15ic Imperial Walkers x 15ic Abe Vigodas x 10ic Whirlys with a clap x 11ic Arm…
49 years ago today the Motion Picture Association of American developed the G, PG, PG-13, R, and X movie rating system. To quote every episode of Scooby Doo, this backblast would have been completed and posted yesterday, if it hadn’t been for some meddling kids (who turned off the computer when I was 75% done with my Backblast last night just before I left to go watch my Deacons find yet another way to lose a game…
Our Veterans. Perhaps no group of individuals is more deserving of our recognition and gratitude. Many PAX are themselves proud Veterans. Indeed, a significant amount of the philosophy and culture of F3 finds its roots in the military itself. As we all know, far too often, the men and women of our military give the…
