Autumn. Is there a better time of the year? Leaves changing their colors, cooler temperatures, and THE START OF HOCKEY SEASON. Hockey? But this is the South. Damn straight it is, and it is almost time to drop the puck. In case you missed the news, Winston-Salem will once again be home to the Carolina…
Having recovered from an overdose of Q-ing, YHC was excited to be back at TRQ. A clear and beautiful morning welcomed the Pax to a energetic morning of playing with rocks. The PB clearly warned the Pax. Warmorama SSH x 15 IC Whirly has the clap x 15 IC Merkins x 5 IC Hold…
Our Veterans. Perhaps no group of individuals is more deserving of our recognition and gratitude. Many PAX are themselves proud Veterans. Indeed, a significant amount of the philosophy and culture of F3 finds its roots in the military itself. As we all know, far too often, the men and women of our military give the…
Having just celebrated YHC’s one-year anniversary with the #DashPax, another one was soon on the horizon. On December 8, 2016, YHC had his VQ. The AO was #TRQ, and the late, great Gordie Howe was involved. In the ensuring months, YHC Q’d a wide-range of beatdowns: in a total down-pour (VI), in single digit temperatures…

Cooler temps welcomed the Pax this morning at the Distillery. And so did a random truck driver who was in his tractor-trailer. Hope he enjoyed the show! No FNGs, so we began: Warm-o-Rama SSH x 15 IC Abe Vigodas x 15 IC Merkins x 15 IC Seal Claps x 15 IC Mosey to Bus…
As site-Q, it occasionally falls on YHC’s shoulders to step up and Q a beatdown. And that is precisely what happened this morning. Humid, yet dry conditions met the Pax. One FNG was present. (Naming: A UNC grad, who coaches girls soccer…did not take too long for Hamm to be suggested….even better…Mia. Welcome!) Disclaimer given…
One year ago today, after some consistent EHing by Splash, YHC took the first of many DRP and posted to my first F3 beatdown. It was a convergence of IS and Purgatory, with the Qs being The Elmer Fudd and Bam! And it sucked. Despite the fact that YHC dry-heaved during the course of that…
