Christmas at The Outhouse
As three groups converged at The Outhouse, there was merriment in the air and I knew there was going to be some good effort given.
Goofy, Zima, Manscape (WD), Swiss Miss, Chisel, Cheesesteak , Hot and Now, Lil Piggy, Boomerang, Lil Kim (Former FNG Paxton Scott), Starfish, Singing Cowboy, Palin, Spicoli, Drip, TPS, Van Gogh and Bevo came together to make 18!
Started out with SSH, followed by a slow walk (with plenty of comments of how lacking of a warm up there was). We all lined up for the first exercise. **Death by Tennis Court** Every Minute on the Minute we would run from one base line across 2 courts and increase one length every minute. If you could not finish your run in time, you broke off and did an exercise for that following minute. 1) WW2 2) Monkey Humpers 3) Lunges 4) Plank 5) Dive Bombers (Site Q special) The new PAX member Lil Kim shocked us all (not sure he was not a ringer) with his quiet approach (which probably saved energy….Spicoli tried the opposite strategy) We then followed that up with Burpees during the Jackson 5 ‘Santa Clause is Coming to Town’ and we burpee’d every time Santa was referenced. (about 24 times in 2 minutes) Then we commenced with a Circle Squats. We went around in a circle, we increased the number of squats per PAX member BUT that person would hold the last squat until he deemed necessary to rise. Then we aimed to gain a six pack with Popcorn Mary. Little American hammers, ABCs, Van Gogh Crunches?, Jane Fonda’s, Box Cutters, Merkins, and whatever Zima called his full body crunches. All together we have a blast and celebrated a great start to Christmas. Till Next Time!
