About two months ago (at the encouragement of Bam), YHC posted for the first time at the “other” Friday running workout. Let’s be honest for a minute….BBBC is the DashPax’s very own miracle. Started by Harden and SourMash as a walk/run interval a year ago, it has grown into something magical. While there are many examples, YHC humbly submits the following: 1) OH4TB will be running in the 2018 Bourbon Chase this October, and we are going to completely and utterly own that race, and 2) Pax who regularly post at BBBC are now Qing at OG/Tractors (thanks to The Vig!). This week, YHC has the honor.
Not stated nearly enough (especially at the running workouts), YHC presents….the Disclaimer:
- YHC is not a professional, especially when it comes to designing running routes.
- The Pax who participate by running these routes are doing so of their own volition. No one has coerced you, or threatened you to participate.
- The routes presented are merely suggestions. The Pax are free to modify them as they deem necessary.
- Listen to your body. Do not do anything that could hurt you. This means the Pax are strongly encouraged TO WEAR REFLECTIVE RUNNING GEAR. Be safe.
- Those Pax who participate are assuming the risk of injury that could occur. I.E. If you get hurt, it’s your own fault. YHC is not collectable.
