Conspiracy

7 Pax for a beautiful cool morning at Hanes Park.  4 Pax were there upon my arrival and soon thereafter an FNG showed up after being alerted by his brother from the Memphis, TN Pax.  Spicolli showed up on Spicolli time.

As with most of my workouts, I like to get the blood flowing first.  So, after reciting the F3 creed, the Pax immediately left the parking lot for a lap around the Y culminating at the base of the Intimidator for some warm-a-rama.

We did 25 SSH, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Hillbillies, 10 Whirlies and 6 Abe Vigodas.  After 2 more minutes of stretching, we got into it.

The last few weeks, YHC has been working on my stamina running with Glazer and Burlap.  In that vane, I wanted to blend some running with a proper Conspiracy workout.

It went like this:

The Pax was instructed to run to to the top of the Intimidator and perform 40 Merkins, 40 Squats and 40 Gas Pumps.  Plank for the 6 before returning to base.

Round 2 was back up, but stopping at Jersey for 40 Merkins, 40 Squats and 40 Gas Pumps.  Back to the bottom

Round 3 was to Glad View for 40 Merkins, 40 Squats and 40 Gas Pumps.  BAck to base

Round 4 was to the first stop, with time running low, 20 of the aforementioned exercises.

It seemed to me, but maybe not others, a quick 45 minutes as we made it back to the parking lot right on time.
