  • 20 Curls for the Girls
  • 20 Lying Skull Crushers
  • 20 Bent Over Row

Station 2

  • 15 Squats

Station 4

Rocks returned in time for a little Mary and several of the PAX were able to pick some of their favorites.

The Big O, Merkins, Nolan Ryan’s,

PAX all completed the 4 stations and once more through the first exercise of each station again. Very lively bunch was present and MC was consistent. This did seem to increase significantly when PAX reached the Burpee Station. Only 5 trips around may not be enough to establish a firm correlation however.

YHC arranged for humidity to be turned way up for today’s pleasant workout.
