- Clockwise run around HP. Stop at Pilot View.
- Run up Pilot View. The 6 runs turns around with lead PAX.
- Repeato on Brookstown
- Repeato on The Intimidator
- Mosey to track for up ladder – 200m / 200m recover; 400m / 400m recovery; 800m ……time’s up.
NMM:
- At 5:29, it was just YHC and Peacemaker. Last second arrivals by Manscape and Hitman kept YHC from feeling totally inadequate.
- YHC liked the format. We were able to keep the group together longer than usual today.
- We saw Mr. Hand going into the Y. Haven’t seen him at an actual workout in a while if somebody wants to invite him. Just saying.

- Peacemaker’s wife Nan having final chemo treatment today. Prayers that cancer does not return.
- Prayers for Blue Steel recovery and prayers that his mother-in-law is allowed to get visa to come into country to help his family.
