Introduction. How did I blow the chance to have a Pi Day themed workout? Ugh. Major Q fail. Warm-o-rama. We did some exercises, but nobody was really paying attention and I don’t remember how many we did anyway. Doesn’t matter. Beatdown. 4 stations. 4 exercises. Start with 1 rep and increase by 1 rep at…
Fourteen (14) PAX gathered on a brisk March morning in the parking lot of Mount Tabor United Methodist Church for what YHC hoped would be a beatdown sufficient to entertain the usual #WIB crowd, which can be tough when you are dealing with the likes of Zima, Thistle, Offsides & Burns. Whirly graced us with…

A special Valentine’s Day WIB proved to an oddball of sorts for YHC. Dealing with a Pinched nerve in my neck from a Monday workout, and Sprained wrist from a Friday workout… YHC’s ability to do the usual favorites (Merkins, Pull-Ups, Bear Crawls) was off the table. With a limited set of options, YHC chose…
A pax of 14 eventually gathered at the right spot — at Thruway Shopping Center between McDonald’s and Talbots, not between SteinMart and Talbots — and complained that there were four stations and not three. The THANG: Counterclockwise circuit with running to eastern end of shopping center to perform diamond merkins, around the back of the…
