The original AO, started on January 4th, 2014.
Neither gale warnings nor April Fools could deter 8 pax + 1 dog.0 from joining YHC and his 2.0 at Hanes Park for an Impossible Situation. Here’s what happened. Warmarama: SSHs, Cherry Pies Abe Vigoda, Down/Upward Dogs The Thang Mosey to steps at bottom of Intimidator. Single-legged calf raises x 10, IC, x both legs….
Since there were only 3 at IS on Saturday, I will keep this brief. Lambchop and YHC warmed up and proceeded to the Intimidator. 1 trip to the top, followed by 20 Burpees. Back to the bottom for 20 WWIIs Booboo shows up and we run to Jersey, 20 Burpees and back down for 20…
Started out easy side straddle hop where I almost immediately lost count due to Palin smack talk 15 imperial walker 15 hillbilly 6 Abe vigoda 10 Worley and his clap To the intimidator! Started with 10 Superman and 20 calf raises, ran up the hill to the first stop sign, same thing and we circled…
Mere days before the impending birth of my daughter, and APB was put out to gather the PAX for one last Lamb Chop Q where he could bring the pain, and the PAX could bring the fatherly advice. The Q actually had no plan in mind this chilly morning. No oversized wienky, no inspiration from…
17 Pax celebrated New Year’s Eve a few hours early this Saturday morning. It was a pleasure to see so many Pax from different AO’s converge at the Mothership. It was a beautiful morning for fellowship and fitness! The Pax, including Spicolli, arrived on time and at 7 am, we commenced with a slow mosey…
Christmas Eve brought us the coldest workout YHC has ever posted in. 6 degrees at 6am, and 7 degrees at 7 am. Warming up to 8 degrees at 8am… thankfully, Bullwinkle offered to open up the ROCC coffee bar for us after the beat down, which was amazing to warm up inside after that weather….
A small, but elite force traveled to the West End to battle the army of the darkness, commanded by our old friend, the Grim Reaper. This workout was created by Cobra, stolen by Mongoose, bastardized and then self-plagiarized by Thistle, and honored by Burns. YHC joins the long list of PAX to unleash it on…
Always fun to go back to where it started at Impossible Situation! YHC found the 1st anniversary attendance list during prep last night. Great memories of pax who have stayed involved since then, as well as so many that aren’t still posting on the regular. Great prompt for YHC to be consistent in looking around…
F3 Impossible Situation 10/9/2022 YHC was on the docket to Q IS and what a gift of a weather weekend for being outside. Perfect Fall temps and so we got at it with two Down Range F3 guys: @Boatmisser from F3 Charlotte and @Bieber from F3 Pittsburgh. Warmarama IC: SSH, IW,…
The PAX assembled on a nice day for tennis court, track work. Palin arrived followed by YHC. Ziggy showed up, and soon after an FNG invited by YHC walked up. We started with the usual. Warmup SSH, Abe Vigoda, IST, Hillbillies, Arm Swirly things each way and some Michael Phelps. We went on the tennis…
After turning down @Mutton a few times prior, I decided to take the keys for #IS. At the time, I did not know I was competing with Shmedfest nor @Mongoose showing his ballsack to all of #Purgatory… No wonder only 3 PAX showed up. I mean what would you do? Upon arrival, I only saw…
About a week ago, the call (text chain) went out from Drip to find a replacement for a someone to Q the #Muthaship aka #ImpossibleSituation. After being turned down AGAIN and again, YHC stood up to honor the commitment for one who is as feeble and unliked as Drip. Hope that prolapsed colon heals in…
