11 Pax enjoyed near perfect weather for a Seis de Mayo celebration of baseball’s best team – Los Bravos! The music was latin-themed (though as was pointed out often, not entirely Mexican – of course, Seis de Mayo is a celebration for all!) Started with the Warm-o-rama of SSH, Imperial Walkers, Arm Twirly Things, and…
A lovely morning was had this morning at #Bells&Whistles. 7 joined in on the beautiful weather while a few were #TeachersPets and got some EC work in of various methods. @Schlitz, @Burns, and YHC set out to launch at 0455 but due to issues with our GI systems, we all ran late. 3 miles quickly…
YHC did some recon work yesterday and determined that the regular location for #BnW was still too dicey to hold this week’s installment there. Initiate quick (see: selfish) pivot to Old Town Baptist Church parking lot. Super clear, super big, and super close to YHC’s domicile. With the location confirmed, it was time to put…
Back on October 29, 2025, we gathered at the Greenbrier Farm Clubhouse parking lot to celebrate the Rolling Stones discography of the 1960s. Realizing that Mick and the boys had a whole lot more tunes in the 1970s and beyond, YHC decided to recycle/refresh the workout, update the playlist to cover the Stones from the…
Nine pax were warned that you can’t always get what you want. But that if you try sometimes, you just might find……..you get what you need. It went something like this: Warm-O-Rama SSH x20 IC IW x15 IC Toy Soldiers x10 IC Copperhead Squats x10 IC Copperhead Merkins x10 IC, hold it Mountain Climbers x10…
Today’s workout was a reprisal of a past BnW that was more than sufficient. Somehow, today’s felt worse. Past bb here: https://new.f3winstonsalem.com/2024/05/increasing-distances-at-bnw/ This year’s iteration only had 5 cones spaced ~25yds apart on the road, and 5 exercises on the weinke. Do the first exercise, run to the first cones. Do the first two exercises,…
We all like Big Butts and Big B…Bells! Twas a beautiful morning to get some work in. Mid 50s and low humidity – guys were donning long sleeve gear! That is a beautiful sight to behold after a horrid summer. YHC had the keys this AM and wanted to push the envelope just a tad…
Today is World Wide UFO Day, which just begs for a workout theme. Here is what we did: Warm-O-Rama was standard, and the sweat began. The Q fired up the speaker for our special edition Spacy Punk music playlist, and we got started. Welcome to Area 51: 51 Reps OYO + Short Lap Complete 51…
10 gathered on a humid Wednesday morning to begin warmups. Side straddle hops, Imperial Stormtroopers, Overhead claps, Seal Claps….followed by a quarter mile flat jog. The Thang: Disclaimer: If you want to know the correct way to do these exercises (and not the way the Q demonstrated). See this article and this video. The goal…
YHC had the keys to the best kettlebell workout in DashPaxLandia this AM! Coming up with a theme (at least for the music) was a no brainer. #Merlefest is this weekend in Wilkesboro and there has been quite a bit of MC surrounding the family friendly bluegrass festival hosted in our backyard. While YHC has…
