Twas a lovely morning at Bells & Whistles. 17 pax chose to come – in hopes of somehow making themselves a better man. Most did. But then there was @BAM. I digress. The beatdown was mostly a repeat of a previous beatdown. But you know what they say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” …
8 pax showed up ready to work. As w/ another of my previous #Flatline Q’s, YHC reminded the pax that even though ‘flat’ – we could still climb some mountains. THAT THANG We don’t warm up @ #Flatline baby! A “Dynamic” Mosey down Second toward Poplar (high-knees, butt-kickers, Apollo Creeds (L&R)), and stop along the…
17 pax took to the rough and rolling streets of #BuenaVista this morning. Though it started off cool, the weather was mostly ideal for running – though @VanPelt would argue otherwise. The route was pretty much amazing, but would I expect anything less coming from YHC? No – I wouldn’t. To see the routes, go…
(Better late than never…) 17 pax met up at Leinbach Park to take a relatively flat 3.1’ish mile jaunt on a beautiful Monday morning. The pax then converged under the shelter for some tabata’ish work… a few rounds of… 2 exercises… 24 seconds on, 10 seconds off – 4 times each. Yep we call that…
A baker’s dozen (that is 13 for the uncultured) showed up and worked hard @ #RedLine this morning… getting a nice dose of both track-work and hill-work (despite YHC hating hills with a passion). ***Before we get started, just a reminder: BLOOD DRIVE THIS SATURDAY!!! Sign up – HERE!!!!*** Okay, back to the Backblast… YHC…
When YHC arose from slumber (before the alarm, mind you), the first thing I checked was the weather… “41 and Rain Showers” suggested the app. That was not what I expected – certainly not what I wanted to see. I stayed in bed for a few minutes, looking at the ceiling, slightly frustrated that @TheSingingCowboy…
11 pax, including one hobbled Q, dodged the drizzle fo’ shizzle on a lovely Tuesday at Run & Gun. With a bum calf, and not able to run, YHC had two choices: (A) give the pax an awful course with lots of turns and hills (because, I wasn’t running it), or (B) give the pax…
11 pax descended upon Hanes Park for a @Zuckerberg-led #Redline. YHC ordered up some 61-degree weather and low humidity, and the pax were thankful. Aye – it was the least I could do. Not many frills went into this week’s #Redline, and there were some ups… and some downs… but it got the job done….
In posting another BB, YHC realized I had not posted a previous BB! My bad. But here we go… short and sweet… Just under 30 pax came to HP to run either OGs or Tractors. Both routes were relatively flat. Both routes were humid as SH!T!!! We learned that typically, when you start and finish…
Arriving to the gloom… It was early. Dark. Air was thick. The parking lot was mostly empty – other than a truck, police car, and tumbleweed. And the smell of something… it was just YHC and early morning gas. Yep, definitely broccoli for last night’s dinner. I digress… A man appeared out of nowhere at…
