It was a pleasant March morning (coming in like a lamb?) and 4 pax launched for a 2 mi EC run at 0500. We were passed by Sour Mash on the back stretch (in his truck) but when we arrived back at the launch he was out on his own solo EC run. Only Site…
YHC has had a longing for some time to Q Bells & Whistles. It is maligned for it’s location, requires Q to bring tunes, and pax (usually) are required to bring a weight of some sort. After cancelling once on TSC, YHC had a HC on the calendar and rolled out a workout that had…
For YHC’s first Parliament Q of the new year it seemed like a good time to pull out some golden oldies from Parliaments past. But when I pulled up saved P’ment workouts there was way too much material. How about a pinch of this and a dash of that and quickly there was enough to…
7 pax came to The Village for a nice morning run. Temps were pleasant and pax seemed generally happy to be there for a run in familiar territory. There were some variations from the last time YHC Qed here with these routes and some made their own variations. Little House found us after some searching…
Mondays do not usually involve a trip to The Outhouse for YHC. It’s not that far from home but my regular Monday AO is The Village. Greenspan has been gracing WeFoCo some with his presence lately so when he asked for Qs for The Outhouse it was an easy yes. He also threw out an…
It was a chilly 25 degrees for my second Charlie Foxtrot Q in the last 4 weeks. YHC had been working on an FNG for some time and remembered to send a DM on Friday and sure enough got a HC. But YHC had lots going on this weekend so a detailed theme or some…
On Thursday at The Distillery, Schneider had to subsitq for the irreplaceable Whirly. Harden indicated that same world famous lawyer and backblast writer was on the calendar to Q Charlie Foxtrot this upcoming Saturday. YHC, knowing that the crud can last anywhere from 48 hours to 3 weeks, volunteered to step up if Harden needed…
It was a busy weekend and last night YHC checked twitter some and learned there was an EC run before VI but didn’t check to see who was the Q for the day. Luckily I posted for EC run and in the gathering of pax I asked “So who’s the Q today?” The immediate response…
It was a typical early August morning in many ways just like last Friday in The Village except today 10 pax showed up to run or walk routes that were familiar to most. These were a repeat of last week’s routes when only the Brothers Perry showed up. Obviously respect for the Q was the…
The calendar turned to August and YHC was on for an appearance at TRQ. It had been quite a while since my last post there since there are so many options now on Thursday in the Dash. But since it is the mother of Parliament and site Q Wobegon is an honorary WeFoCo/BBBC member, a…
