Undertow needed a Q this weekend, and YHC was available — we don’t know how many “nos” he received before he asked me. YHC was about to come up with some original twists on some old routines when I found an interesting workout from Feb 2023. So I recycled it: Warmorama SSH 20, Merkins 10,…

Although we were a smaller group this morning — starting at three but growing by 33% to four by 0532 — we were strong. Which reminded me of this scene: Planes, Trains & Automobiles.1987 – Her first baby come out sideways, she didn’t scream or nothing – YouTube The Thang: Warmorama: SSH; ISTs; Running with…

Months ago, YHC got the odd idea to create a workout themed around the music of Hall & Oates, but put the idea and a couple of details in my phone under “Workout Ideas” in the Notes app. Then early this week, Boomerang asked me to Substi-Q as he was out of town for a…

Grinders with short run between – Nolan Ryan merkins —— Squat Jumps…

It just dawned on me that I get to Q the pre-Valentine’s Day WIB, and you’re going to love it! Gather at 0525 at Great Clips in Sherwood Plaza (near intersection for Robinhood and Peace Haven). Launch at 0530. Perform 21 reps of exercises at each of these spots as you run counterclockwise around the…
