20(ish) PAX ran relatively flat OGs and Tractors courses through BV. YHC tried to minimize the climb and achieved approximately 270 feet of climb for OGs and a little under 200 for Tractors, so, mission accomplished. No #outdicking today. If you want to see the routes, check my Tweet from Wednesday. If you want the…
8 strong men, including 3 at the last minute, rolled into Leinbach on this beautiful, dry, crisp, cold morning for an old-fashioned and not overly creative workout. We did approximately as follows: Warm-o-Rama: SSH, Abe Vigodas, Whirly with The Clap, Peter Parkers, Squats. Mosey to the parking lot in front of Jeff…

12 strong and fast PAX met in the cold, Monday gloom at Reynolda Village. The PAX did not stay cold for long as the group worked hard. Little to no mumblechatter likely given the respectful group more so than the cold. The events that transpired were approximately as follows: Warm-o-Rama: SSH, Imperial Storm Troopers, Copperhead…

Thus, they were treated to Clutch, Drowning Pool, Filter, Kid Rock (sorry, had to), Korn, Megadeth, NIN, Priestess, Seven Mary Three, Smashing Pumpkins and System of a Down. #Spicoliapproved You can see above the Tabata we did. Each exercise…

Sadly, YHC does not own a deck of cards, despite having been to Las Vegas double digit times. Closer saved the day by bringing a…
