  • 200 M at pace
  • 100 M recovery

NMM

  • Lots of football chatter among the Pax in the gloom
  • Downhill running can get the mumble chatter going too
  • YHC thinks he heard someone in the PAX complaining about the recovery always being on the uphill, which doesn’t count for recovery
  • Palin and Pollster arrived early for barber shop talk – sounds like the barber in Washington Park is > Great Clips…even trims the beard for Pax like Palin
  • Balco & Mongoose continue their RIRO Series – Redline just happens to be included in weekly route design.
  • Hitman prefers his distance to end on the proper number 4.5 miles not 4.48 miles. Mongoose reminded Hitman that he could get the mileage on his walk to the car. Hitman ignored the recommendation.
  • Winklevoss was the life of the party representing the #2 Ryan Williams and the Crimson Tide…was expecting Bam to show in order to defend the Dogs honor, but that didn’t happen
  • YHC, for the second time, failed to properly recognize all Pax ahem Winklevoss in the namearama.
  • Pollster and YHC picked up an extra lap at the end around Hanes Park
  • Missed a few regulars due to end of the month demands

COT

YHC prayed for all of those impacted by Hurricane Helene from loss of lives to loss of property. We also prayed for aging parents both the emotional and physical experiences in this season.
