YHC returned to WeFoCo for some fun this morning! After EHing a friend for a few weeks, and explaining that F3 was not a cult, it felt only right to include that into the beatdown somehow!

• We welcomed Former FNG Damien to the (not a) cult this morning. He is a Civil Engineer that likes playing with computers, he has two daughters, and enjoys running. When asked to tell us something embarassing about himself, he actually did! He said he dyes his hair to stave off the reality of his upcoming 40th birthday next month…. Thus: JUST FOR MEN was given!
• YHC took us out lifting up prayer requests and asking to be leaders in our community.

 

NMM

• YHC rolled in just on time this morning, stepped out and saw my buddy Damien showed up! He was just getting over a sickness and YHC wasn’t sure if he’d make it.
• This was a chest/shoulder heavy beatdown… got JUST over a mile distance, with 100 Curls, 120 Inclined Merkins, 120 Thrusters, 100 Low Flutter, and 20 Man Makers… plus some good bear crawling action!
• Low on the MC this morning due to all the self counting.
• After YHC heard a phone ding, Just For Men jokingly said that it was his wife calling and that he had to go home during our CULT pyramid.
• Schneider did not appreciate the Block Crawl, stating “There goes the stencil work!”… #Cobains
• Mash hung out til just after 6:05, and headed out.
• Schneider was telling Just For Men about the other WeFoCo workout options, think they were excited to add a Lewisvillian to their ranks.
• Fender was in top shape as usual, he complained that our pyramid didn’t go up to 25, but got his wish later.
