YHC had made plans to stay up and watch the national championship and likely not post this morning. Then $5 sent a message reminding me that I had promised a great Q………at flatline.  I absolutely love flatline…..but it is not very close to YHCs house so I rarely make it there.  So a late night and an extra early morning….let’s see what I can come up with.

Thang:

525 – 5 ridiculous beasts come running into the parking lot after an EC run through downtown. 528 – Honey Badger comes running in from his house…….in Ardmore.  0530…..flatline begins.

Trapezoid – like a pyramid but flat on top – so we will work our way up, then stay there before coming back down.

50 SSH IC

Mosey to the corner of second and liberty stopping for 10 merkins and 20 seal jacks IC.

We made 3 laps around the 2 blocks (second to N church to 3^rd to liberty and back to 2^nd).

Along second street – 10 burpee box jumps, 50 calf raises, and 10 ski jumps IC

Along N Church – stop at every parking sign for 5 dive bombers (25 total)

Sprint up 3^rd one block then partner wheelbarrow one block

Along Liberty – wide merkins 10 OYO, 10 dips on wall x 10 IC (Omaha to low pulse, high pulse, and full squats for a total of 60 per lap), diamond merkins.

605 work our way back……..seal jacks, merkins, return to parking lot for SSH x 50 IC

Mary – WWII x 10 OYO, low flutter x 10 IC, WWII x 10 OYO, rotisserie chickens

Announcements – CSAUP event in charlotte on Saturday – see post by Burns. $5 looking to be a lizard, yep.  (in all seriousness he is looking to continue to expand the dash pax and further engage the community – all great ideas).

Turnover requested a new Q for Mayhem tomorrow……oh wait……..I have it. I assume he just forgot and its not personal

Prayers – Greenspans father recovering from radiation therapy (follow up apt in 3 weeks), HOG has a job interview

50 SSH IC apparently is too many. Who knew?

The ski jumps were performed on a median on second street – hop onto median, hop off the other side. Repeat………..alot.  VG expressed that he has never exercised on this median before.  Box checked.

Google maps does not do the wall on Liberty street justice. It is too tall for dips.  Therefore we did squats…..lots of them…….everyone was happy about it.

I found was HOG hates…..wheelbarrows. he let YHC know, several times.

Honey badger ran home after even after being offered a ride. Guess I’ll have to make it harder next time.

Burns crushed the wheelbarrows – thanks for the partner work.

Very little MC this morning, I’ll assume everyone was happy and smiling.
