Charles Bronson bringing the High Life
It was a lovely evening, a touch of cool in the air, and the pax kept rolling in. Much less grey in facial or head hair than YHC is used to seeing. Can make a Q nervous that the plan won’t give them their money’s worth!
The age range was solid – two teenagers and two respects and every decade in between!

- Bravo was a beast, tough like his mother, well done!
- Burlap would approve of Heisenberg’s choice in gloves, plus Heisenberg had the best explanation about the difference between a fiddle and a violin
- At one point, IG did his CDD facing downhill and feet elevated, he also smiled the whole time #jerk
- Never know how many younger pax know about the old man references, but Charles Bronson did pass away in 2003, so yeah, I’m old.
- The Q asked the site Q if there were pull up bars at the AO. Site Q gave a definitive “I think so” as a response, and then questioned when they were coming during the workout. So, we tacked on a couple just to make him happy.
- Dolly brought the strong hair game (and great effort)
- Undertow has a strong headband game
- Tarzan just puts in the work, #beast
- The Q embarrassed himself (very regular occurrence) when asking Influencer if they are newer to F3 – no, they’ve been to about every workout he said. Oops. Either way, was great to meet him!
- Lamb Chop did not call a pre-walk
Fiddles got strangz
