Perfect temp, great crew at The Iron Throne this morning! Schlitz preblasted the EC run but ended up doing it as Sad Clown. But fast! 🏃🏻 Lambchop rolled in, then Van Gogh, and finally Bagpipe arrived as warmarama was about done. (The usual: SSH, Imp Walkers, AV, Whirlies, Y-flies, Mike Phelps). Partner work planned, head…

Man what a fantastic morning. A slight chill in the air, enough to make the EC look run suck less unless it’s with Greenspan. Ol boy (with zesty) EFFORTLESSLY knocked out an 8.10 pace for the entire run. Then you had Zima and myself fixing to meet Jesus trying to catch up . Great conversation…

The weather was great and we beat the rain this morning. The Pax tool off in Flatline style and stretched during the run to the blocks. It was a very simple workout. 4 cone Windsprints. Mode of transportation varied. 20 reps at cone 4 and 1, 15 at cone 3 and 1, 10 at cone…
YHC had the keys this AM to #TheIronThrone.
