The 2nd AO, named after the PAX from Charlotte who never showed up to help.
Burns sent out an SOS Tuesday night due to flu at the zoo; YHC, having fallen out of favor with site-Qs, jumped at the chance to fill in. Burns made it exceptionally easy by posting his planned workout for all to see. Due to not wanting there to be a conspiracy about Q-points for the…
I originally signed up to Q this workout because it was my first as Site Q at #Conspiracy after taking the reigns from @Lamb Chop. Little did I know or remember that this also happened to be the actual anniversary of F3WS. That means F3WS started 9 years ago on this day. The idea was…
Four pax gathered for this morning’s version of “Mary & The Four Corners of Christmas”. Ok, so the Mary part is accurate, and there were even three wise men, BUT the real Christmas story does not really include four corners. After @Zima’s 12 days of Christmas shenanigans at Flatline, the Q decided to err on…
As promised, the Q decided to keep everyone nice and dry. The Q does not like to get wet. After a quick warm up between the rain drops in the parking lot. we mosied over to the shelter to partake in some tabata. Warm-O-Rama 20 SSH 10 Arm Swirly forward and backward 4 Abe Vigoda…
There was some unfinished business down at the park this morning. For those that could afford the gas money and were willing to travel the distance, help was needed to continue the battle against the Grim Reaper. Knowing the fight would be tough and the numbers would be small with a completely different battalion, the…
After running in 65 degree weather on Monday, Wednesday’s cool air just right for a solid Conspiracy beatdown. 6 paxs showed up and we began with a slow mosey around the Y back to the base of the Intimidator for a brief warm-a-rama. It was the usual stuff: SSH, IST, Squats, Pickle Pounders and 30…
With the site Q suffering from food poisoning and the potential of an FNG sighting, the pressure was on for the Q to deliver a solid beatdown. Which basically means, doing what YHC usually does and go back through personal archives and find a workout that seems to work! My notes said 07/2021, but this…
6 brave Pax enjoyed a comfortable 50 degree morning beatdown! The Thang: Slow mosey clockwise around HP to the corner of Hawthorne and Glade St Typical warm-a-rama Continue clockwise to RJR gym where we cut back to the track and made our way to the playground for 7 layers of dip. 7 double count dips…
Needing to knock out this weeks IPC and seeing that I had the Conspiracy Q this week, YHC decided to merge the two and make my life easier. YHC arrived around 0515 to get the workout set up, the pax rolled in, YHC explained the format, and then after 15 SSH IC to get the…

On Monday, Site Q and Shoulder Model, @Lambchop, reached out to YHC to remind about my upcoming Q at #Conspiracy. YHC went to work right away to make sure the workout would be completely new and sufficient. All those plans went out the window when seeing a post from @Crash that the ISS (not ISIS)…
Unbeknownst to the Site Q, the Site Q had the Q Q this AM at Conspiracy. He also realized he had WIB tomorrow, so decided to focus on only a few muscle groups in order to focus on the others tomorrow. Warm-O-Rama 20 SSH 10 Abe Vigoda 15 Imperial Walker 15 Hill Billy 10 Whirly…
