Iron PAX Challenge Week 2 – Meatloafs Massacre – PreBlast
Calling all Iron DASH PAX!
It looks like week 2 is a doozy, so plan extra time for the workout. Keep form in mind, but at the same time, modify as necessary. If you are aiming for a top spot (ie, LitterBox), then take breathers instead of modifying form. We don’t want any injuries, so know your limits and keep safety in mind (for you and fellow PAX) at all times.
We have 3 options this week for planned workouts, all different than the planned TRQ location due to workout requirements:
- Wednesday (09/12) @ 0515 at #HellsBells AO – Schneider Q, they have blocks.
- Friday (09/14) @ 0515 at Hanes Park – Turnover Q, BYOBlock
- Saturday (09/15) @ 0600 at Hanes Park – BYOB
You must have a 35-40lb cinder block, no KB, no sandbag, etc. If anyone has extra, or needs help acquiring one, reply to this post.
Week 1 Results:
We had 25 submissions out of 35 registered, so look at our result sheet for those who didn’t submit times and EH them! Congrats to @Litterbox who had the fastest time from our region! Summary of results is linked below:
