Sept 11 2001 was a terrible day but it did unite this country like we hadn’t been in years and haven’t been lately. YHC wanted to continue the remembrance of the occasion by simply focusing on the numbers associated with the day: 9, 11, 25 (years) and 4 (planes). We had a great group and…
With bag o’ music in hand, ready to play the perfect album for the occasion (Springsteen’s The Rising, verified by Spamalot), YHC strolled up to Speas on a beautiful Sept morning. Happy to see Drip and Lambchop, and soon joined by the rest of the pax. Starfish got in an EC 2 miles. Announced that…
A little humid but a near perfect morning at the Iron Throne at Sherwood to work up a sweat with friends, and even make new friends! Turned on my bag o’ music with the sounds of the Allman Brothers. Lambchop arrived early since he had to leave early. 🤷♂️😊 Followed soon by the rest of…
Good weather for Rubber Ducks! YHC is old and crotchety and didn’t want to do LBC’s or anything like that in a steady rain this morning. It was a hastily constructed weinke anyway since the Q just came my way a couple days ago. So what to do under the wonderful picnic shelter? Ah, THE…
YHC planned too much of a workout. Should’ve known better. But we had a great time since it was such a nice bunch of HIM. Took my bag O’ music out and hung it on a fence post and took off toward Peacehaven at my shuffling pace. Didn’t give myself enough of a head start…
Gentlemen… Last summer, 38 men stepped into the arena.Only one walked out with the gold. Rollback didn’t just win… he claimed the belt. And now? He’s not giving it back without a fight. Tour de Draftee 2026 begins next month. Same rules.Same belt.Same mission: Show up Put in the work Get to know a brother…
As Greenspan says, “At 60 (degrees), no need for sleeves.” The Greens agree. YHC did a slow shuffle from home to Sherwood. Arrived to 2 cars but no guys yet. Soon Greenspan and Palin came sprinting in from their EC run. Joining in the next few minutes were Chisel, Wobegon, Tammy, and Boomerang. Time to…
Five weeks ago YHC was a party of one at my Launchpad Q. As an avid recycler, I was looking for an opportunity to try that one again. Today was the day, and we had a nice crowd of 5! Almost 6! But Spicoli. 🤷♂️😄. Anyhoo, we started up a little John Hiatt on my…
What a beautiful morning in DashPax land! No sleeves needed. Good crowd rolling in to Speas. John Hiatt singing from my bag o’ music. No FNG’s so we jumped right into Warmarama. Did the usual things and then strolled to the top of the hill between the school and the rec center. Inspired by a…
Red sweatshirt? 👍🏻 Box of chocolates for pax? 👍🏻 Red bag o’ music with Fabulous Thunderbirds singing love songs? 👍🏻 Ready for Palentine’s Day with F3 pals! We started with the usual Warmarama stuff: SSH, Imp Walkers, Whirlies, AV, arm circles, OH claps, Y-flies, CH squats, hold stretchy squat. Then to brick planter in front…
