YHC is honored to have the Q for WIB this week. In fact, I believe this will be the WIB VQ for YHC. We will be meeting at 0530 at Ardmore Moravian Church (2013 W Academy St, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). Workout will involve running, exercises, running, exercises, running, exercises, running, exercises, etc… All are invited….
The pressure was on – as YHC is the Site Q and the elder statesman of this esteemed group. I felt the heat to keep the young bucks in line and limit the MC as much as possible, except for Zima (definitely not refreshing MC from him, but very familiar). So, I thought a little…

On a beautiful but not blue or blood moonlit morning, the pax gathered in the Calvary parking lot for a little WIB action. The first time at this location a few weeks ago, Zima as Q during Zima week set an unofficial WIB record of pax. YHC could not match the Zima week hype but a strong…

Gathered at Speas parking lot and then wondered where @CherryPie was and headed towards College Park Baptist Church like we did last year. It’s tradition.
