YHC has been inseparable from the boot for the last serval months. However, this week the “boots have come off”. YHC has been posting in tennis shoes and the PAX around DashPAX land have been noticing and giving their T-claps. It’s brought a bit of dissonance for YHC. I might be suffering from separation anxiety,…
When Flatline calls, you answer. Boot or no boot. No excuses. YHC had this one on the calendar for a while, somewhat using it as a goal for recovery to be full strength and bring the fury of a bootless Tonka down on the unsuspecting PAX. My foot and I weren’t on the same page…
Ziggy Stardust and YHC partnered up for our typical clown car with a brisk 27 degrees showing on the weather app. Arriving a few minutes before 0530, both of us not so secretly hoped my late preblast went amiss and no PAX would be waiting for us in the parking lot. Alas, two humming automobiles…
YHC and M have become self dubbed amateur sourdough bread bakers. YHC noted that he was slated to Q Flatline this week whilst preparing such a dough of sour with his M. Thus, inspiration swept upon him like an army of wild yeast rising atop a wave of gluten strands and the plan began to…
YHC’s foot has been ailing him as of late. Conveniently, the amount of rest and “putting my feet up” I’ve been doing served as inspiration for this beatdown. The notion of retirement and what it would be like to put my feet up all the time started to gain traction. One of the great names…
YHC wanted to showcase a couple new exercise the PAX would “enjoy”. Descriptions of these new toys are below. Credit: Tim Anderson with Original Strength – Single Leg Elevator Squat – bear crawl position. Elevate one leg off the ground behind you. Perform a squat with leg still in contact with the ground. Repeat for called…
Our very own Ziggy Stardust recently joined the Double Respect Guild. Our main resource for sage wisdom, perfectly balanced beatdowns and carpooling (the latter being primarily for YHC) has not always lived in little ole Winston Salem. Nay, this Pax has literally traveled the globe leaving no stone unturned and no adventure unconquered. YHC offered…

My apologies at the onset. This BB is going to be a long one. There is simply too much to retell and reflect on for the start of the Christmas season. I hope you’ll be better for it when you stick it out to the end. Ziggy Stardust and YHC took off Tuesday morning unsuspectingly…
