YHC made a change from being site Q at the Iron Throne to Double Dutch last week – Being a site Q isn’t difficult but being a site Q of 2 AO’s was getting a little tricky. It is no secret that ole Tigger loves some jump rope. In fact, it was because of jumping…
Shoutout to Van Gogh for the Slack feature that lets you know you’re Q’ing the next day. If not for this brilliant feature YHC would have missed today, as well as others… YHC has not posted at VI in quite some time so I figured that I would reach out to the site Q for…
YHC has not been a very attentive site Q – other than arranging awesome Q’s. So today’s beatdown was planned as a self punishment for recent poor attendance. As I pulled into the front circle I saw a strange man laying down on his back and thought to myself, wow this dude had a rough…
YHC has been pumped about some double dutch. “Tigger doesn’t run but still needs cardio.” Enter the beautiful words, “Double Dutch.” Each of the previous Thursday’s were fantastic and inspired the beatdown today. Closer (MIA today) led a fire Tabata beatdown & Bevo brought it with a benchmark challenege. Combine the two and you have…
YHC arrived to The Iron Throne on this very brisk morning and pulled into the parking lot to collect my thoughts. Pulled in earlier than normal with grand plans to participate in some form of EC but YHC was the only one present and self motivation for physical exertion is not in this Q’s wheelhouse…

9 Pax showed up even after a preblast that promised a beatdown as payback for the name they gave the Q over a year and half ago. Surprisingly, Zima made a comment about the beatdown as if he didn’t receive ample warning the day prior – More on that later. – Warm o rama…

The Q set out in the gloom early to position his cardboard on the tennis court nets….What’s that? The H.O.A. would frown upon us being on the tennis courts without appropriate tennis shoes (never mind the kettle bells)? Thanks Toe Tag for saving YHC from receiving one of those nasty letters in the mailbox. Omaha…
Warm-o-rama: SSH, ABE, arm swirly’s, calf stretch (Because YHC need this badly) Thang: For today’s thang, YHC decided to take pieces here and there from some of the previous Estate Q’s, in hopes of assembling a well thought out beatdown that also managed the time well (continue reading to find out whether YHC achieved this…
